How long are the suspensions?

Answer: XPLeague suspensions vary from days to years, cheating in a match can result from 1 year ban or even permanent ban from the league. Having no demos or screen captures can result in a monthly ban.

Example: No demos will result 4 month ban. Acting inappropriate on forums can result a ban for 1 week or more.

Suspensions are limitless; XPLeague has the right to extend all rules and any rules at any given time or date.

Can our team use third party voice communication during match play?

Answer: Yes all third party voice over IP programs are allowed during match play.

If my team is playing a match in a LAN center, what do we do?

Answer: If your team is playing a XPLeague match in a LAN center, you must contact the division admins that currently support your game with your team IP address, Email, Street Address, Phone Number, and all uniqueIDs being used during the match, within 24 hours of match play. Proxy IPs and free internet emails are not allowed.

When will XPL lock the rosters?

Answer: The XPL will lock all division rosters through Week 6 to Week 8. Each week the division rosters will be locked from Sunday Night at 10:00 PM EST to Thursday night at 10:00 PM EST. The division rosters will then unlock from Thursday 10:00 PM EST through Sunday 10:00 PM EST of each week. If a member is not on your team roster during any of these times, then that member is ineligible to play in a match until the rosters open again.

Are player substitutions allowed?

Answer: Substitutions are allowed as long as they are registered for your team in the XPL with the correct SteamID. They must be registered and join in the team within 48 hrs before match time.

Are custom skins/modules allowed?

Answer: Players participating in a XPL match must use default Models/Skins. Any player caught using different skins or models in a match, a suspension will be issued. If a player on your team is not using default models or skins, the match will be overturned to the opposing team.

How do I file a match dispute?

Answer: In the event of a dispute, only team leaders must file a dispute in the helpdesk which can be located by clicking the "Support" button on the homepage. Only the leader will be informed with any decisions during a dispute case unless an administrator needs to speak to a member of the leader’s team. Each dispute must be filed within 48 hours of the match being completed. If a dispute is filed after 48 hours, then that dispute will not be handled.

Where can I view my division rules?

Answer: You can view each divisions rules by selecting your game division and selecting rules from the division menu bar. Please make sure you follow these rules every match your team plays.

Where can I get the XPL server config?

Answer: You can find the XPL-cs.cfg under the files section on your division homepage. Once you have downloaded the server configuration from our website, you simply place it in the "cstrike" folder in your game server ftp.

What is the default match time?

Answer: Default match time is 8:00 PM in your conference's time zone.

What is the policy on Screen Captures?

Answer: All players participating in a XPL match must take a screenshot both a CT (Counter-Terrorists) and T (Terrorists) skin. Screenshots are basically used to verify that each team has the correct amount of players. They are also used to view the Models/Skins and the drawviewmodel settings. After each half the players must also take a screenshot of the final scores. This will prevent a dispute form occurring regarding the way the match was reported. We also encourage that at least one player from each team takes a screenshot of the SteamIDs being played. You can view the SteamIDs by typing "status" in the console.

May I play in more than one division at a time?

Answer: You can only play in one division per game, but you may play in multiple games.

I want to scrim, can I reserve a server?

Answer: We only provide servers for clans that have an upcomming match and do not have a server to play on. If you need to reserve a server http://www.Reserve.TheXPL.com and fill in your details. This is on a first come, first serve basis.

How do I sign up for the forums?

How do I register On XPL/Register My Team

Answer: When you come to our site there is a login and register box in the upper right hand corner; you press register and enter in your information. When you are signed up you can press team panel and from there you can click to join a team, or create your own team.
